Crepes for breakfast

I woke up and made some crepes. Really easy and doesn’t take that long I like mine just powdered sugar and butter. Sometimes I like jam and powdered sugar and butter. Don’t worry about trying to make them super thin it really doesn’t matter at all. I also don’t like them a little under cooked I just want them to set and flip.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2  large eggs
  • 1 1/4cup milk
  • 1  cup flour
  • 3  tablespoons melted butter
  • Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Shove it all in a blender. Mix for couple seconds. Let sit for twenty minutes. You can use right away don’t see much of a difference honestly.
