Cooking, cutting,and Columbo

Ok I got a air fryer griller thing for Christmas. My first thought was another thing I’ll like barely use to take up room in my mini kitchen. I opened the box the thing is kinda huge like the box was huge and hoped it was only half the size but it was basically the same size. I start using it and it works pretty good so far. I made two steaks in it and they were good. Made lots of french fries and I like it for fries. I don’t mind frying food but I’m always worried something will happen and burn down my apartment. I also really hate the splatters and dont let my daughter in the room while I’m frying. I watched a video before I made fries and the person only fried a handful of fries. I loaded that thing and it made enough for my family of three.

I started cutting out fabric for some clothes for my daughter and my niece. I like to cut multiple projects at once then sew. Really seems to go faster. Also been watching columbo. I love columbo. That show is great I love ever minute of it. Love the coat, the car, the dog and how he always mentions his wife.

Busy days

Been busy lately sister came over and ended up watching her baby for while. Anyone else have a niece or nephew come over and there parent just hand them over and you watch them the entire time. I feed her, bathed her, change diaper and play until she leaves. I put my roast in Crock-Pot while I was watching the baby. My sister acts like it is impossible to get anything done with her baby. She’s a really easy going baby. I was very lucky with my baby also I use to putt her in her swing chair and she would just watch me clean the kitchen. The roast came out so good would of took pictures but as soon as I made a bowl I ate it like I was starving. I cleaned and that was my day. Today I made french toast with the Walmart dollar french bread my daughter loves it. Weather here was pretty nice today we rode bikes and went for a walk. But as soon as we came in the house it poured.

Working on my to do list

Got a lot done yesterday yet at the same time procrastinating. I need to make my mother in-law placemats should be the first thing I do. But what do I do I embroidered the fabric for the makeup bags I need finished by may. Then I decide to recover my ironing boards. After that I cut out and sew eight pairs of jammy pants for my daughter and my niece and a jammy top. Im getting things done but I also keep making more things to do. Like I already decided to make my daughter a bag does she need it now definitely not. Yet still most likely going to make today.

I also made homemade pizza and cleaned my kitchen.

It was thick

I like adding small bows or cute things to my daughter’s clothes. It’s also helps make sure she will actually wear it. Went through patch were she wouldn’t wear anything I made. Last year I was a dinosaur for Halloween and had lots of green flannel left over I made a pair of pants for my niece and my daughter was upset she wanted green paints. I was honestly going to try to dye them to better color but I guess she likes. Also my daughter wants the little ironing board I recovered so cute.

Blueberry coffee cake/ easy blueberry muffins

Today I wanted blueberry muffins but hate to deal with muffin cups and half the time when I peel off the muffin cup half of the muffin stays with the lining. So I made pretty much just blueberry muffins in a pan. So easy blueberry muffins.
